Guild Application Instructions *READ BEFORE POSTING*

Welcome to the FF application page. Here are our general requirements for membership:

● Level 80 (70+ with some exceptions)
● Be mature, responsible, friendly, and have a good attitude
● Minimum age of 16
● Have a desire/ability to participate in 10/25 man raids
● Have knowledge of your class for raid settings
● Be able to acquire mats, rep, and equipment outside of raid time. You must come prepared with your own consumables and reagents. Your gear should be fully enchanted/glyphed/gemmed
● Show up at a scheduled raid on time and prepared if you signed up to go. If you can't make it to the raid you signed up for, tell an officer ahead of time. We normally start our 25 man raids at 4pm server time on Sundays, and 6pm server time on weekdays. 10 man raids occur on Thursdays, and possibly Fridays or Saturdays, although we will try to keep Friday and Saturday clear of raiding for real life.
● Understand and agree to use DKP in 25 man raids for looting.
● Have installed and use the following required addons/programs:
All Members
- Ventrilo
All Raid Members
- Deadly Boss Mods (or equivalent addon)
- Omen
- Decursive (if a cleansing class)
- Pally Power (if a paladin)

Once you've read over all of the requirements, please follow these instructions to apply:
Step 1. Create a topic that looks like this: (Character, Level, Main Spec, and Class) in the applications forum.

Step 2. Copy and paste the form below into your application, being sure to clearly answer each question.

Step 3. Come and check back on your application periodically to see if you've been accepted or otherwise.

Step 4. Register an account on the forum once you've been accepted. (If you are already in the guild, you only need to complete this step to view all of the guild forums)
